What do I need to do to receive food?
You need a picture ID (Driver’s License or State, School or Military ID) for each adult.

If there are children in the household, you need to bring a copy of each child’s birth or baptismal certificates, school enrollment form or other certification of parentage.

Where do I go to pick up food?
We are located in the Rio Grande Presbyterian Church, 600 Coors Blvd. NW between Central and I-40 [map]

What are RGFP’s hours of operation?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 2pm and Saturday from 9am to 12 noon.

When is the RGFP closed?

When the Albuquerque Public Schools are closed, RGFP will be closed.

We are closed for New Mexico State holidays:

  • New Years Day (Jan 1)
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday (Jan)
  • Memorial Day (May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (Sept)
  • Columbus Day (Oct)
  • Thanksgiving Days (Nov 24-25)
  • Christmas Days (Dec 25-26)

Where does RGFP get its support?
The Rio Grande Food Project receives food supplies and funding from a number of community partners, including:
